Restaurant El Corral

The Corral began operations in 1983 with the opening of its first restaurant self-service casual dining in Bogota. The original style of its decoration, which combines elements of pop and retro,born in that location and is still recognized and appreciated by clients of all ages.

The original recipe slogan becomes the milestone and future of the brand.

Since opening its first restaurant selected raw materials are used for food preparation.


The chain is in continuous development since its foundation. Today it has 160 restaurants in 25cities across the country.






Interview with Claudia Espinosa (one of the employers of El Corral)

Maria paula: How long had you been working here?
Claudia: I had been working here for 2 years
Maria paula: what do you like the most of this restaurant?
Claudia:  The quality of work that all of us have, equally our aim and our great dedication.
